The CPI SPCD6250R / SPCM6250R is a 250W C-Band rack-mount SSPA from CPI's SPC6xxxR line. It delivers 250W saturated (+54 dBm) and 200W minimum at 1 dB compression across 5.85–6.425 GHz (SPCD6250R) or the extended 5.85–6.725 GHz band (SPCM6250R).
Built with technology from CPI's ModuMAX amplifiers, it has a modular architecture with 70 dB minimum gain, forward and reflected power monitoring, SNMP and HTTP network control, and integral 1:1 redundancy control. It runs on 90–135 or 180–270 VAC (1000W typ., 1200W max.) in a 7 in high, 19 in rack chassis.
