The CPI SPCD6200R / SPCM6200R is a 200W C-Band rack-mount SSPA from CPI's SPC6xxxR line. It delivers 200W saturated (+53 dBm) and 159W minimum at 1 dB compression across 5.85–6.425 GHz (SPCD6200R) or the extended 5.85–6.725 GHz band (SPCM6200R).
Built with technology from CPI's ModuMAX amplifiers, it has a modular architecture with 70 dB minimum gain, forward and reflected power monitoring, SNMP and HTTP network control, and integral 1:1 redundancy control. It runs on 90–135 or 180–270 VAC (900W typ., 1100W max.) in a 7 in high, 19 in rack chassis.
