ST Engineering iDirect has discontinued the X3 Evolution X3 Remote Satellite Modem Router. It is no longer built, but Digisat still supports installed units and can recommend and supply a current replacement.
The iDirect X3 satellite router features a highly efficient implementation of the DVB-S2 standard. With Adaptive Coding and Modulation (ACM) on the outbound carrier and patented, deterministic TDMA or SCPC Return channel, this modem maximizes efficiency of satellite capacity to enable new opportunities for star topology networking.
