The Sencore MRD 8000 is Sencore's latest receiver decoder, built on a hybrid GPU platform for cost-effective multichannel, multiformat decoding. It decodes HEVC, H.264 and MPEG-2 up to 4K UHD at 4:2:2 10-bit with HDR and WCG, and handles four HD/SD services or one 4K service per 1RU. Inputs include a DVB-S/S2/S2X satellite module, MPEG/IP with FEC or SMPTE 2022-7 hitless switching, Zixi, SRT, HLS, RTMP, ASI and files; outputs include 12G-SDI, quad 3G-SDI and SMPTE 2110 over 25GbE.
