The Radeus Labs Portable Maintenance Control Unit (PMCU) is a handheld controller that lets technicians move the antenna without standing at the drive cabinet. It connects to the Model 8250 drive cabinet over a standard Ethernet cable that carries both power and data, plugs in outside the cabinet so the door stays shut in bad weather, and shows signal strength (with the ACU and beacon receiver installed) and current look angles, with move-to-angle and signal-peak functions. Cabinet and PMCU modes stay synchronized, and one weather-resistant unit can be carried between a site's antennas.
