The Norsat ELMTBKU004T-CF is an ELEMENT 4W Ku-Band MINIBUC from Norsat's ELEMENT line. It upconverts an L-band IF of 950–1450 MHz to 13.75–14.25 GHz using a 12.80 GHz local oscillator, delivering 4W rated output (36 dBm minimum P1dB and 36.5 dBm minimum Psat).
This configuration: Input connector: F-type (75 Ω); Power + M&C: +15V to +24V DC via IFL; Temperature range: High-temperature range. It runs on +15 to +24 VDC, drawing 35W max.
