The Norsat 9500HIBF-4 is a Ka-Band PLL LNB from Norsat's 9200/9500 Series. It converts 19.20–20.20 GHz to an L-band output of 950–1950 MHz using a 18.25 GHz PLL local oscillator.
This model has a 1.5 dB typical noise figure (1.6 dB max.), holds ±50 kHz frequency stability, and has an F-type (75 Ω) IF output. It includes a waveguide isolator on the RF input for an improved input match.
