The Norsat 9000XDF-4 is a Ka-Band External Reference LNB from Norsat's 9000X-4 Series. It converts 21.20–22.20 GHz to an L-band output of 950–1950 MHz using a 20.25 GHz externally referenced local oscillator.
This model has a 1.5 dB typical noise figure (1.8 dB max.), locks to a 10 MHz external reference for reference-grade stability, and has an F-type (75 Ω) IF output.
