The Norsat 9000HD-3N is a Ka-Band PLL LNB from Norsat's 9000HD-3 Series. It converts 21.20–22.20 GHz to an L-band output of 950–1950 MHz using a 20.25 GHz PLL local oscillator.
This model has a 1.6 dB typical noise figure, holds ±50 kHz frequency stability, and has a Type-N (50 Ω) IF output.
