The Norsat 15009LBF is an Low-Power Ku-Band PLL LNB from Norsat's 15000L Series. It converts 12.25–12.75 GHz to an L-band output of 950–1450 MHz using a 11.30 GHz PLL local oscillator.
This model has a 0.9 dB typical noise figure (1.0 dB max.), holds ±50 kHz frequency stability, and has an F-type (75 Ω) IF output.
