The Kratos OpenSpace Edge 6500R digitizes L-band at the antenna and streams it over IP, turning a ground station into a virtualized, cloud-ready site. Each 1RU unit carries one or two Rx/Tx RF channels of 500 MHz instantaneous bandwidth across 950–2450 MHz, scales to six 500 MHz channels across three units, streams DIFI or VITA 49 over QSFP+, and powers the LNB and references the BUC directly.
