Product details
The CPI TR61-1010-0X is a 10W X-band GaN transceiver that integrates the OMT, transmit filter, GaN power amplifier, BUC, receive filter, LNB, power supply and control in a single 7 lb package. It mounts directly on the antenna feed, transmitting at 7.9–8.4 GHz and receiving 7.25–7.75 GHz with a 950–1450 MHz IF in both directions.
It delivers +40 dBm (10W) linear output, a 1.3 dB receive noise figure, and low-phase-noise LOs locked to an external 10 MHz reference. It runs on 22–56 VDC (96W typical) and is designed to meet MIL-STD-810G environmental requirements.
