The CPI T22XI is a 2250W X-Band rack-mount CW TWTA. It delivers 2250W from the TWT and 2000W minimum CW at the flange across 7.9–8.4 GHz, with 500 MHz of bandwidth.
Intermodulation is -25 dBc at 1000W, and spectral regrowth -30 dBc at 1000W with the linearizer. It runs on three-phase 187–264 or 342–456 VAC (7.0 kW max.) in a 19 in, 15.75 in high chassis weighing up to 165 lb.
