The CPI PCD6S250LA / PCM6S250LA is a 250W C-Band antenna-mount SSPA from CPI's PC6SxxxLA line. It delivers 250W saturated and 200W minimum at 1 dB compression (100W linear) across 5.850–6.425 GHz (PCD6S250LA) or the extended 5.850–6.725 GHz band (PCM6S250LA, consult factory).
This antenna-mount unit has 75 dB of gain with 20 dB of adjustment, a CPR-137G waveguide output and a power-factor-corrected 180–242 VAC supply drawing 1000W typ., 1500W max. Options add an internal L-band block upconverter (Option 7) and 1:1 redundancy capability (Option 4).
