The CPI MPKO14250Q / MPKM14250Q is a 250W Ku-Band modular SSPA system from CPI's QuadMod line. It delivers 250W typical saturated (+54.0 dBm) and 200W minimum at 1 dB compression (+53.0 dBm) across 14.00–14.50 GHz (MPKM) or the extended 13.75–14.50 GHz band (MPKO).
Based on CPI's ModuMAX technology, it uses hot-swappable RF modules, power supplies and electronic assemblies in a 7 RU RF unit with a 3 RU power supply. It runs on 180–264 VAC single or three phase, drawing 2.7 kW typ., 3.5 kW max. (cold start at 0 °C, saturated), with 65 dB min., 72 dB max. gain and 20 dB of digital adjustment.
