Product details

The CPI LXA7S50 is a X-Band low noise amplifier (LNA) from CPI's LX-7000 Series. It covers 7.25–7.75 GHz with a maximum noise temperature of 50 K at +23 °C, guaranteed across the full band.

It provides 60 dB minimum gain (63 dB typical) with ±0.5 dB flatness, a CPR-112G waveguide input with an internal low-loss isolator, and a Type N output. An optional interstage filter rejects the 7.90–8.40 GHz X-band transmit signal by more than 15 dB.

Order it as LXA7S50-XXXX: the suffix selects gain (60 or 50 dB), output power (+15 or +20 dBm), DC or AC power, and an optional interstage Tx reject filter. The LX-7000 Series comes in 2 listed models; compare them on the series page.
