Product details

The CPI LKA20S110 is a Ka-Band low noise amplifier (LNA) from CPI's LK-20S000 Series. It covers 18.2–20.2 GHz with a maximum noise temperature of 110 K at +23 °C, guaranteed across the full band.

It provides temperature-compensated gain of 59 dB minimum (65 dB maximum), a WR-42 waveguide input, an SMA output, input and output isolators, and a Form A alarm. It runs on +11 to +28 VDC and operates from -40 °C to +70 °C.

Order it as LKA20S110-XXXXX: the suffix selects gain (60 or 50 dB), output power (+12 or +20 dBm), DC or AC power, and white, green or tan paint. The LK-20S000 Series comes in 5 listed models; compare them on the series page.
