The CPI LCD4S35 is a C-Band low noise amplifier (LNA) from CPI's LC-4000 Series. It covers 3.4–4.2 GHz (extended C-band) with a maximum noise temperature of 35 K at +23 °C, guaranteed across the full band.
It provides 60 dB minimum gain (64 dB typical) with ±0.5 dB flatness across the band, a CPR-229G waveguide input with an internal low-loss isolator, and a Type N output. Every unit is cold-load tested and has an internal Form C alarm, reverse polarity and surge protection.
Order it as LCD4S35-XX: the suffix selects output power (+10 dBm standard or +20 dBm) and DC or universal AC power. The LC-4000 Series comes in 4 listed models; compare them on the series page.
