The CPI Model 980 is a full-motion antenna control system with DC servo drives (two azimuth motors and one elevation motor) for precision satellite, spacecraft and celestial tracking on 7.3m to 20m antennas.
It points to better than 0.010° RMS at the axis transducer and tracks dynamic targets to better than 3% of the receive beamwidth in monopulse, with a touchscreen ACU and Ethernet-linked receiver and drive units.
