The CPI 113527-16 is a Ka-Band septum omt from CPI Antenna Technologies for receive 17.20–21.20 GHz, circular polarization.
A septum OMT (septum polarizer) splits a circularly polarized feed into its two senses, right- and left-hand circular, each on its own port, which is how dual-circular-polarization terminals separate their channels.
